Youth programs are designed for ages 8 through 13 and incorporate speed, agility and quickness programs to train young individuals to improve as athletes by focusing on cordination, form and technique.  Classes are done in a fun and POSITIVE environment to encourage kids to become more physically active and more confident.

Classes available:    

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00 PM
