Workout Groups--Small Group Setting
Workout groups are geared towards individuals looking for a challenging and fun workout to help you reach your goals of becoming leaner, healthier and stronger.  It is a one hour combined weight training, cardio, core and flexibility done in circuits.  Please click here for more information.

One-to-One
One-to-one personal training provides indivdualized training with a flexible schedule to help you meet your fitness and health goals.  Please click here for more information.

Youth Level
Ages 8-13.  Basic speed, agility and quickness program to train young individuals to improve as athletes by focusing on coordination, form and technique.  Please click here for more information.

High School Level
This speed, agility and quickness program adds specialized strength training to help prepare the athlete for more advanced competition while developing an athlete's confidence to the fullest potential.  Please click here for more information.

Weight Management
The Transitions Lifestyle System is integrated into each program.  The Transitions Lifestyle System program focuses in nutrition, education, behavior modification, stress and exercise.  It is science-based, proven, safe and most important EFFECTIVE.  It is needed for all ages and training levels.  Please click here for more information.
