high school programs


Quickness     Strength

This speed, agility and quickness program adds specialized strength training to help prepare the athlete for more advanced competition while developing an athlete's confidence to the fullest potential.  Individual attention is given to nutritional education that supports the needs of an athlete's.

High School programs currently available from June 29 to August 21

Monday, Wednesday and Friday:  11:00 - to 12:30 PM
