group programs

Small workout groups are geared towards individuals looking for a challenging and fun workout to help reach their goals of becoming, leaner, healthier and stronger.  It is one hour of combined core, cardio, weight training and flexibility that is accomplished in circuit training.

Workout groups are offered:

Mondays and Wednesdays:     9:00 AM & 6:30 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays:     10:00 AM
Saturdays:     7:00, 8:00, 9:00 & 10:00 AM
